On September 1, Suzhou Thermal Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. launched a public tender for the project on structural design and key technology research for large-capacity molten salt storage tanks. Purchase details: This purchase relates to outsourced technical services, which involve conducting research on the structural design and key technologies of large-capacity molten salt storage tanks, as well as proposing solutions for them. 1. The supplier is required to complete the preliminary design for the cold and hot salt storage tanks, and provide the corresponding preliminary design drawings ; 2. Optimal analysis of the core critical components of the molten salt storage tank: the tank bottom, tank walls, and liquid distribution ring ; 3. Develop a global deformation coordination system for ultra-large storage tanks, to actively suppress uneven settlement of the foundation and adapt to thermal expansion displacements of the bottom plate, thereby creating a tank foundation technology system with controllable performance throughout its entire life cycle ; 4. Conduct research on online temperature and leakage monitoring systems for molten salt storage tanks, and propose solutions for detecting leaks in such tanks based on feedback from domestic and international experiences related to molten salt tank leaks. Key qualification requirements for suppliers: 1. Performance requirements: The supplier must have experience in manufacturing molten salt storage tanks for solar thermal power plants with units of 50MW, a heat storage temperature of 550°C, and a heat storage duration of 12 hours or more; such tanks must have been in use for at least 5 years, with no incidents such as leaks occurring during that time ; Proof documents such as the contract cover page, main content pages, stamped page, completion documents, and user usage certificates must be provided. 2. Qualification requirements: Suppliers for this procurement must possess the following qualifications simultaneously: (1) **Pressure Vessel Analysis and Design (SAD) certificate issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation** ; (2) **A1 and A3 certificates for pressure vessels issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation (a separate license is required for pressure vessel design)** ; (3) U2 or U certificate issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. (Note: The molten salt tank must be designed in accordance with ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standards; therefore, a U2 or U certificate is required.) 3.
