Recently, the review meeting for the 500,000-ton-per-year synthetic ammonia production process package related to the relocation and upgrading project of Yanchang Petroleum Xinghua Yushen Chemical Co., Ltd., which was undertaken by Nanjing Jutuo, was held at Nanjing Jutuo! Before the establishment of Nanjing Jutuo, the key members of the company were in charge of various projects within their respective teams, working on hundreds of ammonia synthesis plants that are currently in operation across China. They possess a solid theoretical foundation as well as extensive practical experience, and have conducted in-depth research on ammonia synthesis technology in China. In recent years, a comprehensive analysis has been conducted on the application of foreign technologies in China as well as their technical insights; by drawing on the technological expertise accumulated over several decades in China, advanced technologies for the deep purification of ammonia synthesis feed gas that are suitable for various domestic processing processes and superior to both domestic and foreign ammonia synthesis technologies, along with advanced DC-type ammonia synthesis technology, have been developed independently. The results of the recent bidding for the relocation, upgrading, and transformation project of Shaanxi Xinghua Group Co., Ltd. are as follows: For the overall design of this project, as well as the design and technical services related to the entire plant’s supporting facilities and the coal-based ammonia synthesis process, the winning bidder was Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 16,600,000.00 yuan. For the licensing of patented gasification technologies, as well as the development of process packages and related technical services for this project, the winning bidder was Aerospace Changzheng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 3,150,000.00 yuan. For the licensing of patented low-temperature methanol washing technologies, as well as the development of process packages and related technical services, the winning bidder was again Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 1,590,000.00 yuan. For the design and technical services related to nitro-based products and electronic-grade chemicals, the winning bidder was Saiding Engineering Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 9,200,000.00 yuan. For the land grading work associated with this project, the winning bidder was Shaanxi Huajian Engineering Co., Ltd.; the amount of the contract is not specified. For the licensing of patented sulfur recovery technologies, as well as the development of process packages and related technical services, the winning bidder was Jiangsu Hengxin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 1,780,000.00 yuan. For the land grading work and ground inspection and supervision related to this project, the winning bidder for ground inspection was Shaanxi Zhongdian Construction Project Quality Inspection Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 649,586.00 yuan; the winning bidder for supervision was Hongcheng International Project Management Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 630,000.00 yuan. In January 2025, the Yushen District Industrial Management Committee published a draft of the environmental impact assessment report for the relocation, upgrading, and transformation project of Shaanxi Xinghua Group Co., Ltd. for public comments.
