Recently, China National Chemical Engineering Donghua Company and ASEAN Potash Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (APOT) officially signed the **APOT Potash Fertilizer Project Contract. This signing represents another important milestone in China National Chemical Engineering’s efforts to implement its \"go global\" strategy and further expand its presence in overseas engineering markets; it is also a significant achievement in the innovative application of the \"T+EPC\" model. The project was invested in and constructed by ASEAN Potash Co., Ltd. (APOT), and is located in Chaiyaphum Province, covering an area of about 780 acres. Leveraging **abundant potassium salt resources**, the project adopts an efficient dissolution and crystallization process for potassium salt mines, which can effectively improve the recovery rate of potassium salts and the quality of the products, offering both high efficiency and environmental benefits. The construction scope includes an annual production capacity of 1.235 million tons of potassium chloride, 400,000 tons of sodium chloride per year, as well as supporting auxiliary facilities. Once completed, the project will help fill the gap in **China’s potash fertilizer market and reduce** agricultural production’s reliance on imported fertilizers. Next, Sinochem Engineering will make full use of its comprehensive advantages in technology, engineering, and management, allocate high-quality resources to ensure the safe, high-quality, and efficient construction of the project, and strive to turn it into a model project for cooperation between China and Thailand in the fields of chemicals and agriculture.
