On February 10, an announcement was issued regarding the direct procurement project for the preparation of the section related to the 200,000 tons per year polyolefin elastomer (POE) production facility in the feasibility study report for Dalian Petrochemical Company’s (Xizhongdao) integrated refining and chemical processing project. The sole supplier for direct procurement is China National Petroleum Corporation Jilin Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. Public announcement regarding the preparation of separate chapters for the 1# 400,000 tons/year PP plant, 1# 450,000 tons/year FDPE plant, and 2# 450,000 tons/year FDPE plant, as well as the direct procurement projects involved. The sole supplier for direct procurement is China Global Engineering Co., Ltd. Tendering for the negotiation and procurement project regarding the compilation of the chapter booklet for the 300,000 tons/year CHPPO plant. The procurement for the preparation of the feasibility study report on the integrated refining and chemical processing project at China National Petroleum Corporation Dalian Petrochemical Branch (Xizhongdao) has been approved by China National Petroleum Corporation Dalian Petrochemical Branch. The project owner is China National Petroleum Corporation Dalian Petrochemical Branch, and the funding comes from the company’s own funds, with a contribution rate of 100%.
