**The National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the **Energy Administration jointly released the list of the first batch of **-level zero-carbon industrial parks; 52 parks, including the Jilin Songyuan Petrochemical Industrial Circular Economy Park and the Heilongjiang Suihua Anda Economic Development Zone Fine Chemicals Industrial Park, were included on this list. The initial list of areas for development covers all 31 provinces (regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, with at least one industrial park selected from each region. According to CCTV News, in terms of the expected outcomes, once the first batch of **-grade zero-carbon parks are completed, their output value is projected to reach 3.54 trillion yuan. The three departments emphasized that relevant authorities should provide necessary support in terms of funding allocation, resource provision, technical assistance, and financial services, to promote green electricity supply models such as direct connection of green power sources and the integration of new energy sources into local distribution networks within zero-carbon parks at the ** level. They also encouraged and supported these parks to carry out innovation in technology, policies, and business models according to local conditions. It is reported that for parks that meet the criteria for **-level zero-carbon parks, the development and reform commissions of various regions will, in conjunction with the relevant local departments, organize acceptance evaluations. Once approved, the matter will be submitted to the ** Development and Reform Commission for final approval; parks that pass this approval process are officially recognized as **-level zero-carbon parks.
