For pressure vessels with positive pressure, if both the upper and lower end caps are connected using flanges, what is the typical required thickness for those flanges?

I am currently designing a tank with a diameter of 1.5 meters, intended for use under positive pressure conditions with a pressure level of around 4000 Pa. Flange connections are required for both the upper and lower end caps (it’s a mandatory requirement). I would like to know what minimum thickness the flanges should have under these conditions I have mainly worked on negative-pressure equipment in the past; this is my first time dealing with positive-pressure systems. I would like to ask those who are more experienced or know something about this topic to offer some guidance. Thank you!

Thank you for sharing this useful standard; it can be useful in the future. For my current device, the pressure is far from 0.25 Mpa, so perhaps such a thick layer isn’t necessary. I was wondering, sir, what thickness would be appropriate for a pressure of around 4000 Pa? Have you done anything similar?
