Recently, a tender announcement was issued for the review and refinement of the process package, as well as for engineering design services related to the project on the engineering development and pilot-scale testing of biomass gasification technology by Guoneng Longyuan Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. Project location: Xifeng Industrial Park, Qingyang City, Gansu Province. Project scale: The tenderer is carrying out a project for the engineering development of biomass gasification technology as well as the development of pilot-scale verification technologies. It is a new project, designed with a biomass processing capacity of 4 t/h and an operating pressure of ≥1 MPa. a. Scope of the tender: The design work included in this tender encompasses, but is not limited to: (1) Reviewing and improving the technical process package for the biomass gasification pilot plant. (2) Foundation design services for a biomass gasification pilot plant. (3) Preparation of a special chapter on the design of a biomass gasification pilot plant. (4) Detailed design services for biomass gasification pilot plant. Preparation and review of all the above design documents (including review fees) ； Construction power supply design ； The entire design process, including equipment technical specifications, technical specifications in the tender documents, design drawings, technical requirements, boundary determination, quantity lists, and the preparation of maximum price limits. The Project on the Development and Application of Key Technologies for Biomass Gasification Coupled with Green Hydrogen Production to Create Green Fuels, carried out by the Xifeng Branch of Longyuan (Huanxian) New Energy Co., Ltd., is located within the Xifeng Industrial Park (south area) in Qingyang City, Gansu Province, covering an area of about 60 mu. Adopting the technology route of \"new energy hydrogen production + biomass gasification + methanol synthesis + aviation fuel synthesis\", it is expected to produce 2,000 tons of green methanol and 60 tons of green fuel per year ； A 6MW distributed off-grid photovoltaic system is installed as part of this project; it has an annual utilization time of 1724 hours, resulting in an average annual power generation of 10.3443 million kWh. This system serves as a power source for water electrolysis to produce hydrogen. A 35kV transmission line approximately 10 kilometers long is also built to transport the electricity generated by these renewable sources to the chemical industrial park. The process outlined in this project enables full-scale technical verification of the entire chain: using green electricity produced from renewable energy sources for water electrolysis to obtain green hydrogen, and then combining this hydrogen with syngas produced from biomass gasification to create green fuel products. Longyuan (Huanxian) New Energy Co., Ltd., established in 2021, is a member of the Energy Investment Group. Located in Qingyang City, Gansu Province, it is an enterprise primarily engaged in the production and supply of electricity and heat.
