Recently, Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Co., Ltd. achieved another success in market development, winning the bid for the EPC project of a 100,000-ton/year industrial demonstration project for the chemical chain mineralization of CO2, carried out by Sinopec Great Wall Energy Chemical (Ningxia) Co., Ltd. The value of this contract was nearly 500 million yuan, marking a successful start to the company’s core business in the new year and reflecting the implementation of the spirit of the company’s 2026 work conference through practical actions and results. This project utilizes the \"CO2 chemical chain mineralization technology\" jointly developed by Sinopec, which holds the key intellectual property rights, and Yuanchu Technology; the carbon dioxide absorption rate is over 90%, enabling permanent carbon sequestration.
