Freezing prevention issue for 20% ammonia storage tanks in the north

RT, may I ask whether a 20% ammonia solution storage tank can be placed outdoors in extreme weather conditions of -30℃ in the north? If possible, is electric heating or steam heating more suitable? If it needs to be placed indoors, are there any special requirements for the building?
Electric heating is not recommended. Whether it’s indoors or outdoors depends mainly on the size of the tank. As long as the tank has insulation and heat tracing, there will be no problem. The freezing point of ammonia solution is relatively low

The freezing point of 20% ammonia solution should be around -70°C, so there’s no need to worry about it freezing
