I. Project Overview: Huawang (Qingdao) Hydrogen Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. plans to construct a PSA hydrogen purification plant with a capacity of 5,000 Nm³/h in the Dongjiakou Chemical Industry Park, Huangdao District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. This plant will utilize industrial by-product hydrogen to produce purified hydrogen, which will then be transported to downstream hydrogen refueling stations through hydrogen pipelines. We are now seeking potential manufacturing partners nationwide and offering equipment and technical solutions for evaluation; qualified and experienced suppliers are welcome to apply. II. Site Location and Boundary Conditions Geographic location: Within the Dongjiakou Chemical Industrial Park in Boli Town, Huangdao District, Qingdao City; the connection point is the Hydrogen Energy Building in Boli Town, West Coast New Area, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. The location of the equipment is shown in Figure 1. Plant area: The available construction area is approximately 720㎡ (30m×24m). Bidders must arrange all process equipment, pipe galleries, and maintenance access roads within this area, while ensuring compliance with fire safety and spacing requirements. Utilities: Electricity, circulating water, instrument air, nitrogen, fire-fighting water, etc., can all make use of Jinneng Chemical’s existing systems, and interfaces are available.
