On April 22, a tender announcement was issued for the preparation of the planning report for the integrated project of green hydrogen combined with coal chemical industry in Ningdong and its surrounding areas. According to the tender announcement, it is the integrated project of green hydrogen combined with coal chemical industry in the Ningdong area and its surrounding regions; the location of this project is the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base and the surrounding areas (Lingwu, Wuzhong, Ordos). Project scale: 10,000-ton-class green hydrogen integrated with coal chemical industry, along with cross-regional pipeline transportation of green hydrogen for use in coal chemical processes; the total capacity of new energy sources is approximately 1.5 GW, while the hydrogen production capacity from these new energy sources is around 40,000 tons per year. Compliance deadline for the tendered project: The preparation of the planning report must be completed within 180 days after the contract is signed and the tenderer issues the notification. Scope of the tender: (1) Introduction of proprietary technology – Preparation of the planning report for the integrated project of green hydrogen and coal chemical industry in Ningdong and surrounding areas (CHDT00001/26-QT-057001): The bidder is responsible for preparing the planning report for this integrated project in Ningdong and surrounding areas of Ningxia (Lingwu, Wuzhong, Ordos), as well as providing related technical services. These services include, but are not limited to: (1) Investigating the foundation for the development of the industry combining coal chemistry with green hydrogen in Ningdong and surrounding areas ； (2) Conduct demand analysis for coal chemical industry coupled with green hydrogen ； (3) Conduct analysis on the supply potential and economic viability of green hydrogen ； (4) Conduct research on the hydrogen storage and transportation system in Ningdong and surrounding areas of Ningxia ； (5) Carry out planning for key projects integrating green hydrogen with coal chemical industry ； (6) Conduct research and planning for green hydrogen production projects in Ningdong and surrounding areas of Ningxia, including feasibility analysis ； (7) Consultations on regional energy and power development policies in Ningxia and Inner Mongolia (integrated development of new energy sources, hydrogen energy, energy storage, etc.). Joint bids are not accepted for this project.
