This is indeed a safety hazard that is easily overlooked on-site! Installing pipe supports arbitrarily on the equipment itself can easily damage its structural strength and sealing properties. In cases like the one shown in the diagram, where holes are made directly for installation, it also creates a risk of leakage and stress cracking in the tank ； The locations for pipe supports should be planned during the design phase; priority should be given to using separate support foundations or mounting bases provided for the equipment, and it is absolutely not acceptable to simply weld them directly to the equipment itself just to save effort ； If such problems are encountered during subsequent inspections, it is best to have professional pipeline designers re-evaluate the stress conditions in order to address the issues promptly and eliminate potential hazards, as safety in production cannot be taken lightly.
