An idea for improving work in confined spaces

A couple of days ago, I was watching TV and saw explorers going on an adventure in a sinkhole. The explorers wore LED lights with large capacity, and there was also a camera on their heads to record what was happening. Could this be applied to work in confined spaces? The camera uses wireless transmission, and a computer outside the device can be used as a monitor to allow direct viewing of the activities taking place inside the device.
