May I ask whether a ground torch (a closed torch with a height of around 5 meters) should not be considered an elevated torch? It’s not really considered a device that uses an open flame, is it? What are the fire separation distances from surrounding roads, Class A and B workshops, ordinary factories, and hazardous chemicals? Which specification states it? Thank you!
