Seeking help with registration failure after installing V8.6

As shown in the figure, it was installed once initially; thereafter, every time it was opened, a message appeared indicating that registration failed, etc. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times, but the problem persisted. How can this problem be solved? Thank you
I guess the original poster followed incorrect installation steps. I’ll send a screenshot; it’s version V8.4
