Gentlemen, I’m seeking help from you all; I would be extremely grateful if you could offer some advice! Our factory has now added a simple organic fertilizer production line, and to meet environmental regulations, we have installed dust collection systems. For now, it is planned to use one bag filter, one Venturi scrubber, and two fans. I would like to ask for advice on what kind of process flow would be appropriate in this case For now, we initially plan to install them in the following sequence: dust collection hood – air duct – bag filter – Venturi scrubber – fan. We’re not sure if this is feasible; we hope experts can give us some advice. Thank you.:hug::hug::hug:
It’s best to find a professional agency to design it, and select the appropriate option based on your environment.
The design of the process is related to the operating conditions at the inlet of the process medium and the parameters for outlet control
This is just for dust removal; I’m not sure if there are any unpleasant odors that need to be dealt with
The models for our venturi scrubbers and bag filters have been determined based on other production lines as a reference; now we need to figure out the sequence of the process.
Exporting means meeting **emission standards**. The entrance is filled with workshop dust.
For now, it’s only dust removal; odor treatment has not been done yet.
