For oily substances, in the pipelines connecting the buffer tank to the reactor, sight glasses are required. How should the pipeline system be designed and installed? Should shut-off valves be installed before and after the sight glasses?
Our viewports do not have valves installed; whether to add valves depends on the process requirements. If manual valves are to be installed at the inlet and outlet, a bypass line is also necessary. Valves are added in case of failures, so that such failures can be isolated without affecting normal production!
