Design temperature for pipelines at normal temperature

What should be the design temperature for ordinary pipelines at normal temperatures, such as those for cooling water, air intake, and venting? Is 60°C a reasonable value?
Just add 30 degrees to the operating temperature, and that’s fine
The normal temperature generally refers to 20°C, but the design temperature must be determined in accordance with the specifications set out in the process system standards
I checked, and the design temperature for these devices is 60°C. Shouldn’t the design temperature of the pipes, in principle, be at least as high as that of the devices?
For pipelines at normal temperature, this generally refers to the ambient temperature; 20 degrees is sufficient. If the temperature of the medium is not the ambient temperature but is determined by the temperature coming from the equipment, it cannot be called a normal-temperature pipeline; instead, it must be determined by the maximum operating temperature of the medium.
Even considering the ambient temperature, the summer temperature is around 20°C, right?
For average temperature, it’s not wrong to write 20 as the normal value
It’s okay to specify 60°C; generally, for pipeline design temperatures below 100°C, there isn’t much difference.
