What does \"direct cooling\" mean? For example, when I prepare F22, there is frozen saline at -35 degrees, as well as direct cooling at -35 degrees. What does \"direct cooling\" refer to here? How is cooling achieved? What are the differences between these two methods? Which cooling method should be chosen?
I checked, and the counterpart to direct cooling is air cooling.
