Can a firewall reduce the fire separation distance?

For Class B equipment, the distance to the wall is insufficient. If the wall is a fire wall, can the safety distance be reduced? By how much? I seek guidance from experts

A firewall merely serves to isolate fire; the safety distance has nothing to do with this, right?
