How to determine the air change rate of a factory building

Hello, everyone! I would like to ask how to determine the ventilation rate for a factory building? Which standard should I use? I have acid chloride tanks in my factory building, and there is evaporation taking place. There’s also a lime water tank, which emits a strong odor; the ventilation system wasn’t effective before, so I want to replace the fan and add more ventilation outlets! I hope everyone will share their valuable suggestions; thank you! !
Refer to HG/T 20698-2009 Code for Chemical Industry Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Appendix C (page 35), item 56: sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid require 5 air changes.
