Excessively high oil temperature (failure of the oil cooler or incorrect connection of the oil cooler pipelines; I encountered this issue with my ammonia compressor units equipped with oil cooling systems – the liquid ammonia pipeline on the cooling side was connected incorrectly, preventing the oil temperature from dropping). 2. Insufficient oil injection volume. 3. An excessive compression ratio due to high exhaust pressure and load. 4. The most problematic issue is a fault in the exhaust temperature gauge – the temperature transmitter is broken! ! !
