Do hydrogen vent pipes need to undergo pressure testing and leak testing?

I admit this is controversial; the terms “pressure test” and “leakage test” come from GB/T20801 and GB50184, while the other names are not official designations. I tend to think it’s necessary to do so, and then the question arises: what is the design pressure for pipelines at normal pressure? Conduct a hydrostatic test at a pressure equal to 1.5 times the design pressure, and carry out a leak test using air at the pressure corresponding to the pipeline’s design pressure.
In practical engineering work, such problems often arise: the pipeline lists designed by engineers are usually extracted from a database and automatically classified as those that need to be pressure-tested. However, in actual operations, pipelines with one end open to the atmosphere do not require pressure testing; therefore, it is necessary to modify the pipeline lists.
