Rainwater treatment in the factory area during summer

Our factory has restrictions on wastewater discharge during the summer, so rainwater cannot be drained away. I want to add a water collection tank at the lowest point of the rainwater drainage system in the factory area, connecting to it; this will require damaging the drainage system by about three meters. The elevation of the pipeline network is -1.3m, while that of the collection tank is -2.3m. Pumps are then used to transfer water from the collection tank to the water treatment facility. However, I need to know how to calculate the volume of water flowing into the collection tank through the pipeline network; I’m looking for an approximate value
How can clean wastewater be discharged into the industrial waste water network? Does your company have a lot of money? Industrial wastewater is subject to total quantity control; it cannot be discharged as desired.
