I would like to know where I should start learning – my current role involves the purification of acetylene, and I only have an understanding of that process; I know nothing about the ethylene glycol production process. They all say that setting up a new factory is a good opportunity to learn*, and since I don’t want to go into battle unprepared, I’m asking fellow colleagues to let me know where I should start learning* so that I can have more say in matters. Get closer to your leader; they will be able to see the hardships you go through, really. Don’t dislike leaders who are not in power; what they say about good fortune may not work, but what they say about misfortune is very effective. Don’t get too close to leaders who don’t hold much power, otherwise complaints will immediately reach the higher-ups. Don’t maintain a too formal attitude; get along well with everyone. If you want to eat or drink, then do it; don’t be stingy with the little money you have. Having a special skill that can help others, such as fixing computers, being proficient in EXCEL and PPT, and it’s even better if one is good at buying property and trading stocks.

There’s no trick to it. Technically, it means learning as much as possible and asking questions; you need to obtain certificates, so as not to suffer the disadvantages of having skills but no certificates. Be kind to others in daily life, have a gentle personality, and avoid having overly high expectations. Don’t argue with people casually, but on matters of principle and major interests, you must not compromise. It is necessary to consider work, studies, family, and financial management together.
