If the material in one reactor is divided equally between two reactors, what are the feasible solutions?

The current approach is to connect the bottoms of the two reactors with pipes to form a communicating vessel. However, this solution imposes very strict requirements on the installation of the kettle. Is there any other simple and feasible option?
Use a flow meter for precision, and a pump to drive it.
If the material is uniform, a weighing module can be installed on the tank.
Pump to the high-level metering tank. Classified according to the level gauge scale.
If there is a certain deviation in the normal installation height, considering the use of a control valve or pressure control within the tank could be an option
