Common problems and solutions for downflow external heat exchangers

I’d like to learn about some issues related to the use of submerged external heat exchangers; I hope everyone can share their experience
Poor feed flow in the downflow external heat exchanger: Reason – The amount of recycled dense phase is low, resulting in poor fluidization and insufficient driving force. The flue gas return pipe is blocked, causing the externally extracted flue gas to bypass through the upper inclined tube and reach the regenerated dense-phase bed. The inclined tubes become loose when heat is applied from the outside. The external heat bed does not flow well. Treatment: Increase the regenerator inventory, raise the static pressure, improve bed fluidization, and appropriately reduce the level of material in the external heat exchanger. Adjust the loose air for the inclined tube, and adjust the slide valve to achieve an appropriate opening degree. Properly adjust the external heat extraction fluidization air; significant fluctuations in the capacity of the external heat exchanger; changes in the pressure drop or density of the inclined tubes in the external heat exchanger.
