What are the distance requirements between the unloading hose and the unloading dip pipe for Class A liquids?

Could someone please answer this? . Now, unloading hoses for liquid caustic and phosphorus trichloride, as well as unloading nozzles for methanol, need to be installed. No standard was found that specifies the distance requirement between Class D and E hoses and flexible connectors. According to the MSDS, phosphorus trichloride is highly toxic and non-flammable
Regardless of the regulations, when unloading materials of different properties, it is first necessary to ensure a safe distance from the parking area; if the properties of the materials are incompatible, an even greater distance should be maintained
Indeed, currently there are hardly any standard and regulatory documents regarding unloading, nor are there any regulations! This doesn’t seem to be something that should happen as part of upholding standards!
