It depends on what kind of materials are being used.
A vacuum pump condition may occur if the pressure is below the inlet of the discharge pump.
When installing storage tanks, the suction requirements of low-level pumps are generally taken into account, possibly due to differences in the properties of the material at the bottom of the tank compared to that at the top.
For the storage tank, it should be at least +0.5m
