Seeking advice! How to lift the chlorine cylinder in the chlorination room into the room?

For a recent project that involved the use of chlorine, it was planned to install an electric crane in the chlorination room to lift the chlorine cylinders; the steel beam of this crane extends outside the room’s wall, allowing the chlorine cylinders to be lifted into the chlorination room directly from a truck. But it was later found that with this approach, the doors at the bottom of the steel beams either couldn’t be closed or couldn’t be sealed properly. I was wondering if there is any way to directly lift the chlorine cylinder into the chlorination room using an electric hoist.
Use a forklift for loading and unloading; just secure the bottles during these operations.

We also used forklifts before switching to tank trucks for chlorine :L
