Can the exhaust gas from the vacuum unit be returned to the original system?
Why is the medium that has been evacuated sent back into the system after going through such effort to create a vacuum? Wouldn’t it be better to smoke less?
How can the vacuum be maintained once it’s returned to the system? Tell me, is it by pumping air in desperately and then puncturing the balloon?
The exhaust gas contains non-condensable gases, so it cannot be returned to the original system. Useful components can be recovered through low-temperature condensation.
The common method for adjusting the vacuum level in liquid ring vacuum pumps is used most often at the beginning of startup and shutdown, otherwise it results in overkill.
What is the purpose? To prevent the pressure from dropping too low, this can be achieved by closing the inlet valve. If it is about recovering valuable gases from the exhaust gases, it is not appropriate to return them directly; such gases can easily become contaminated after passing through vacuum units, so they need to be collected first, and only after ensuring that their quality is satisfactory should they be used as feedstock
