Through a single flash process, saturated flash vapor at a low pressure of 4 kilograms is produced. As the condensate water is discharged, a large amount of secondary flash vapor is generated again. The mixing ratio of heat pumps is very low, and the unit price of medium-pressure steam is considerably higher than that of low-pressure steam, so its value is not significant. I wonder if there are any devices that can re-pressurize low-pressure flash steam?

There are about 12 tons of condensate per hour, and after one flash evaporation process, around 10 tons of low-pressure steam is produced. However, the temperature of the condensate is still around 130 degrees, which is a waste. Is there any way to collect it and use it for a second flash evaporation at higher pressure? Secondary flash evaporation accounts for only about 13% of the total mass of all condensed water; due to its low density and large volume, it seems like there is a lot of it!
