When steam and water are heated directly, or through a steam-water mixer, there is a lot of noise and vibration; the pipes vibrate loudly, which is quite frightening. Is there any way to deal with this?

You need to check whether the drainage in the pipes after mixing is unobstructed. Generally, a drainage system is installed over a distance of around 12–35 meters. We also have mixers that combine steam and water directly, and it seems there are no reports of such problems; personally, I think it’s a problem with the product design.
