It’s not allowed. It depends on your accuracy requirements. The flow rate is different, and the pressure is different as well.
It’s uncertain, and holes are not allowed on the large and small ends.
It’s easier to make holes in pipes with larger diameters; how can one make holes in pipes with smaller diameters at the ends?
I don’t understand what “big head” and “small head” mean. Can someone explain it to me?

If you have the authority to decide, there’s no problem with making holes or performing welding; however, since the tees are too close to the pump outlet, there will be some deviations； But a pressure gauge head with a root valve and a buffer bend, along with a pressure gauge that uses silicone oil, should also work
