Is 98% enough? ! Activated carbon doesn’t burn, right?
Steam causes significant damage to activated carbon. Wastewater will be generated. The process is more complex.
Standard nitrogen from general utility supplies will suffice; whether it’s two 9s or three 9s doesn’t really matter for combustion, as most of it is nitrogen anyway

But what is the principle behind nitrogen regeneration?
But if it’s regenerated with nitrogen, can’t the exhaust gases burn then? We use hot air for regeneration, and we need to keep the inlet temperature below 100°. We are still in the process of testing it; I can’t say it’s successful yet, as there is some risk involved.
