I would like to ask everyone: what category does the fire hazard associated with sugar mill molasses fall into?

I was working on a project recently involving alcohol storage tanks for a sugar factory; there are two molasses storage tanks attached to these storage tanks. A problem encountered when determining the fire separation distance is that it’s not clear to which fire hazard category molasses should be classified. I’d like to ask the fellow sailors!
Molasses is a concentrated sugar solution with a complex composition; its water content must be evaporated before it can be burned.
