Dear sea friends. I posted a photo of a craft installation on Monday, and many sea friends actively participated and put forward their own ideas. Now reveal the true purpose of this device. This is actually a waste acid concentration device designed by a company. The raw waste acid flows from the main pipe to the distribution plate, and the distributed waste acid flows through the thin tubes to the respective heating tubes.
Each set of tubes is designed in a U shape. The heated waste acid overflows into the evaporator. After evaporating the water, it is then cooled by the cooler. The heating tubes they designed are lined with glass tubes in the middle to prevent corrosion by the waste acid. But the company has phased out the device because of excessive heat loss due to the design. Changed to vacuum concentration.

It occupies a large area, is lined with glass, and does not conduct heat well. Each heating tube is individually insulated, resulting in excessive heat loss. But it was shocking to see it live! ;P

I heard that the unit wanted to apply for a patent. :)
