What to do if the book containing the published paper is lost?

Everyone, for the professional title evaluation it is necessary to submit the book containing the published papers. I was not aware of this requirement before; the papers were published through the company and the books are archived there, but the administrator lost them. This book probably has almost no readers, so it’s not available for purchase online, and the publisher doesn’t have any copies in stock either. How can this situation be resolved? The original book is titled “Chemical Engineering and Equipment”, published in Fujian in April 2015
There are basically no readers, so there’s no need to publish this book. :lol
