In the initial stage of an anthracene oil hydrogenation unit, the new catalyst needs to be pre-sulfurized first. So how can one calculate the amount of hydrogen sulfide consumed in the refining and cracking reactions, as well as the amount of sulfur to be injected? I seek guidance from the experts

The hydrogen sulfide content in the circulating gas is measured by dry methods, while the sulfur content in the sulfurized oil is determined by wet methods. Generally, a level of around 5000 ppm is sufficient before penetration occurs; after penetration, this level gradually increases to over 10000 ppm during the heating process
