Selection of check valves for nitrogen pipelines

At present, our company has a DN80 nitrogen pipeline installed horizontally, with a pressure of around 0.7 MPa. A swing check valve and an vortex flow meter are installed on this nitrogen pipeline. After being in use for a period of time, the nitrogen pipeline experienced significant vibration, which was determined to be caused by the backflow valve swinging back and forth. Meanwhile, when comparing the nitrogen consumption, it was found that the recent nitrogen flow rate was higher than before; it is suspected that pipe vibration may affect the readings of the vortex flow meter. Therefore, I would like to replace it with a check valve that has no vibration and good sealing performance. Do any of you sea friends have any good suggestions?
First, remove the check valve and temporarily replace it with a straight pipe. Let’s see how it works. Then decide whether to replace it or not.
It’s still better to replace the check valve; replacing the straight pipe is also troublesome
