Petrochemical Regulations 2018 Edition: Liquefied Hydrocarbons

The 2018 version of the Petrochemical Regulations defines liquefied hydrocarbons; compared to the previous version, the phrase “excluding liquefied natural gas” has been removed. So does that mean that LNG in petrochemical projects should also be treated as liquefied hydrocarbons in accordance with petrochemical regulations?
Liquefied natural gas has its own separate safety design specifications, and I think there is a difference between them.
In my opinion, the petrochemical regulations are not very strict rules that need to be implemented
