The basic principle is to use a horizontal spiral structure to continuously push the material (solid phase) forward, while the solvent (liquid phase) flows in the opposite direction under the effect of gravity. Achieve continuous solid-liquid phase contact extraction. Applicable industries include plant extraction: such as tobacco, ginkgo leaves, notoginseng, yew, polygonum cuspidatum, kudzu root, licorice, sophora flowers, turmeric, star anise, ginseng, momordica grosvenori, stevia, capsaicin, safflor yellow, monascus red, isatis root, chlorophyll, etc. This new process is provided for everyone to learn from and discuss; if it can be adapted to the manufacturing process, please elaborate on the plan.
