For this project of refining coal tar into coal diesel with a capacity of 60,000 to 90,000 tons, the client has requested that we handle the task of designing the drawings as well as the equipment manufacturing. We now need to prepare an organizational plan; we don’t have any prior experience in this area. Does anyone with relevant experience have any documents that could serve as a reference? Thank you! ! !
Write in the personnel, equipment, and processes, then copy the rest, and that’s one document
What I mean is that there are templates in the textbooks for first-level construction engineers; you can copy one from them, and they’re also available on Baidu Wenku.
