The pressure in the negative-pressure tank is -0.07 MPa, and the liquid level is 1.3 meters above the pump. Without increasing the height of the tank or reducing the distance to the pump, and while keeping the negative pressure constant, how can the water in the tank be removed? Thank you!
It can be pumped directly using a high-vacuum pump; just add a check valve at the outlet
Can it be pumped out using a centrifugal pump? Is a balance tube needed?
Can’t it be discharged directly at 1.3 meters? We all queue directly.
1.3 meters should be able to fit in directly
With a negative pressure of 0.7 kilograms, a distance of seven meters above the pump is required to achieve balance; otherwise, the water cannot be drained properly.

Disconnect the drain tank from the pump ; The vacuum tank and the drainage tank are connected in both the gas and liquid phases. 2. Once all the water has been drained into the drainage tank, cut off the connection pipe between the vacuum tank and the drainage tank ; The drainage tank is vented at the gas phase; the liquid phase is connected to a pump, and the water is pumped out.
1. Direct discharge using a liquid seal is possible—if conditions permit—but the height of the liquid seal must not be less than 7 meters. 2. Pump it out directly.
It can be pumped out using a centrifugal pump; a balance pipe along with a stop valve or check valve can be installed at the outlet.
