Questions about the design pressure of pipelines and the pressure selected for valves?

Everyone, I’m facing a problem right now: the steam parameters provided by the owner are 0.3 MPa and 200°C, which indicates superheated steam. We need to design a steam distributor; how should we determine the appropriate design pressure and temperature? What pressure should be chosen for the valves on the pipeline?
