What kind of questions are usually asked and how should one answer them? I’d like some advice. For example, what should a dispatcher do in the event of pressure fluctuations or sudden interruptions in steam or circulating water pipelines? Experienced colleagues, please help me figure out how to respond appropriately
It’s hard to say; circulating water is acceptable. For circulating water, there is usually a backup pump that can be activated immediately. Once the device cools down, the temperature can be increased or the load can be reduced. Steam generally comes in various types, including high-pressure steam, low-pressure steam, and waste heat steam
I think scheduling requires technical knowledge, but the core task is not to solve technical problems; rather, it involves coordinating communication among various departments, providing coordination and guidance through the aggregation of information, while avoiding logical errors. First, it is necessary to contact various departments to identify the cause, determine solutions that are acceptable to each department, issue instructions, and follow up to resolve the issue
Since it’s an interview, the focus is mainly on whether past experience and current technical skills are sufficient for this technical role. Therefore, the ability to adapt under pressure is definitely a question that will be asked, but it doesn’t necessarily require high technical expertise. Just share as much as you can; it varies from person to person~~~
The main requirements for a company’s production scheduling are: 1. A clear understanding of the relationships between the various production systems within the company. 2. Be familiar with the production characteristics of various systems, especially the amount adjustments, start-up and shutdown procedures, and their relationship with utility systems. 3. Be familiar with the overall situation of utility systems. 4. Be familiar with the essential goals and equipment in the company’s production process to facilitate coordination and scheduling at critical moments. 5. One must have strong logical thinking skills and be able to handle emergencies calmly.
