3.jpg 2017 has passed, and 2018 has arrived! I’m a bit confused. It’s already 2018 – how time has passed so quickly! Another year has gone by without me doing much, time really flies! When I take some time to reflect on my work over the past year and on who I have been, the word that comes to mind is \"busy\"; yet it wasn’t busywork. In 2017, while completing all my tasks in a busy and demanding environment, I strived to improve myself by enhancing my skills and knowledge. The key points are as follows: First, I made use of the process specifications provided by the client (parameters such as materials, temperature, pressure, etc.) ； A device is designed (including equipment, etc.) while meeting various standards and specifications. Because in the actual production process of chemical plants, aspects such as production, warehousing, auxiliary production, utility systems, and transportation are involved; integrating these elements effectively is necessary to ensure the efficiency of production, while also complying with various standards and regulations – this constitutes the main function of design ； Second, communicate and coordinate with the construction party regarding the construction drawings, approaching the task with seriousness, patience, sincerity, and courtesy. Carefully distinguish between the various requests put forward by the project owners and designers from different specialties, adopt those that are reasonable and appropriate, explain in detail those that are unreasonable, persuade them patiently, guide them sincerely, and maintain a friendly relationship. Willing to build good relationships with people from all walks of life ； Third, strictly abide by various work regulations, follow work discipline and relevant requirements, focus on timely summarization, actively explore new approaches, improve working methods, and enhance work efficiency and quality, thereby successfully completing all tasks assigned by the leadership ； Fourth, emphasize the integration of theory with practice to enhance comprehensive qualities. While strengthening theoretical study*, emphasis is placed on integrating theory with practice. In practical work, one is good at identifying issues, thinking about them, and solving problems. Regarding the technical problems encountered in actual work, I actively use my mind to think of more solutions. For problems that cannot be solved on one’s own, I humbly seek advice from colleagues and supervisors. By participating in and taking responsibility for specific projects, I test and refine my understanding through practical work, which has led to significant improvements in both my theoretical knowledge and professional skills.
