What causes liquid to be present in the low-pressure gas zone?

As a result of the modifications, part of the fuel gas tank (light fraction gas) in the hydrocracking unit area was supplied to the gas boiler for combustion. Around 3 a.m., it was observed that the gas boiler was not burning properly, and the light fraction gas contained liquid; more than one bucket of liquid was discharged. What caused this? How can it be prevented? In winter, the temperatures are low, dropping to around minus 8 or 9 degrees in the early morning. So what is the dew point of such low temperatures?
