I checked some information and found that the maximum flow rate for 98% sulfuric acid is 1.2 m/s; so what is the flow rate for 58% sulfuric acid?
Between 1.2 and 3, as 3 represents the most economical flow rate for liquids

I usually keep the fluid flow at around 1.5 m/s. It ensures there is enough headroom for increased traffic in the future, without wasting pipes.

What was said on the 7th floor makes a lot of sense. In other words, 58% sulfuric acid does not face the issue of a maximum flow rate similar to that of concentrated sulfuric acid; for concentrated sulfuric acid that causes corrosion and abrasion on pipes, this applies mainly when the concentration is above 80%, at which point the maximum flow rate should not exceed 1.22 m/s. So, you can boldly use the flow rate values from the 7th floor for preliminary calculations. Of course, it still holds true that the pressure drop over 100 meters needs to be controlled; when the pipe diameter is small, the flow rate should also be kept low.
