As long as it needs to be vented, for a single-vent valve, the design method is the same as that of a breathing valve. We have a large storage tank with valves like this on it, also at 5KPA
In that case, a self-regulating valve can be considered.
If control is to be achieved using instruments, it is recommended to add a set of range control devices, or self-acting control valves and vent valves – any of these can serve that purpose.
